M+NANO Membrane Technology
M+NANO Membrane Technology is one of the pioneering filtration nanostructures due to their novel properties like extreme high surface area, low density, high pore volume, controllable mechanical properties as opposed to many other conventional bulk materials. They also represent a new generation of reinforcement for the fabrication of well-tailored unique nanocomposites. M+NANO Membrane contain an extremely dense network of filter that are 1,000 times smaller in diameter than a human hair. These filter are extremely strong and form a durable structure. The combination of these features can stop even the smallest solid and liquid particles.
M+NANO Membrane has tested both BFE & VFE with result 99% effectiveness in removing bacteria (3ɥm) and virus (0.3ɥm) from air, under USA Nelson Lab, Medical device testing ASTM F2101-19 and EN 14683:2019, Annex B . Comply FDA 21 CFR Part 210, 211 and 820.
There are extensive variety and critical areas of applications of M+NANO Membrane such as N95 mask, healthcare, energy, water filtration, bioengineering and environmental technology to name a few.
